Jocari offer the possibility do discover the history of board games, but also children games and toys, through conferences and activities, in the educational and associative environment, suggested by an archaeologist : Catherine Breyer (www.catherinebreyer.be). Yet Jocari, is also an internet database (www.jocari.be) which introduce as pleasurable and rigorous as possible the universe of games and toys from ancient periodes.

With what and at what were people playing during Antiquity ? At this period, no plastic, but wood, terra cotta, shells, stones, drie fruits... Come to discover and play at the Egyptian Senet, at the Roman latrones or even at the jacks and walnuts! There will be enough for all ages and all tastes : chance, strategy, dexterity...
